To improve operational efficiency, Sibur Holding needs to have up-to-date information on process indicators at any time. This is provided by a BI system based on Tableau, which receives data from external systems that automate production processes. Now the company is running a large-scale project to visualize end-to-end project metrics in the BI system: a data storage layer has already been configured and some reports have been implemented.
